U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
A basic introduction to mold, control and cleanup. A variety of publications that can be ordered in bulk for distribution. EPA publications are available free of charge or can be printed from the web site.

Moisture Resistant Homes. A Best Practice Guide and Plan review Tool for Builders and Designers with a Supplemental Guide for Homeowners. Provided by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). 

Louisiana State University AgCenter Research and Extension. An array of information to help people recover from floods and storms. Articles and publications available to print from website.

Extension Disaster Education Network (EDEN). Overview of mold, health effects, link to resources. Includes materials in various languages.

Home Moisture Problems. Written by D.M. Brook, OSU Extension Service. Publication can be downloaded and printed. Includes causes of moisture in homes, drainage, and ventilation information.

Healthy Homes Partnership, USDA/HUD/ Alabama Cooperative Extension. Contains information and links relating to numerous health threats around the house including air quality issues.  Focus on children.

Healthy Indoor Air for America’s Homes. USDA/EPA/Montana State University Extension Service. Access new research and information in this easy to use web site. The site reviews Indoor Air Quality effects on health, building science, indoor air hazards, educator’s resources, printed publications, frequently asked questions and links.

North Dakota State University Extension Service. General information about moisture in the home, causes, effects, and possible solutions to these types of problems.  Numerous links to publications from around the country dealing with the serious problem of mold in the home.

Building Science Corporation. Source for: Builder’s Guide: Mixed Humid Climates.

Western Wood Products Association. "Mold, Housing & Wood." is a publication available at this site. Also includes a variety of links to related information.

American Lung Association. General information about preventing lung disease and lung health.
